CABLES
Cables are one of the main components which are often overlooked. We spent a lot of time seeking out the best cables that would suit each site,cables that guarantee a minimal wear coefficient and the highest standard of safety.
We use only certified, galvanized and twist-resistant cables from world’s best production companies. This allows us to build longer spans.The cables require little maintenance and last on average 10 years or more in a temperature range from -20 to +50 °C.

Vertical Rides offers two different World Class magnetic pulleys for world's steepest and most attractive zipline rides. Our unique magnetic pulleys are designed for high performing zipline rides with 100% safety.

DYNAMIC BREAKING SYSTEM
The Dynamic Breaking System (DBS) was developed to target a high number of riders with 100% safe system: the redundant brake and dynamic automatic coupling that brings the rider onto the platform greatly improves the efficiency of the system.
DBS is fully automated and comfortable which means that activation of the break happens automatically depending on the rider's weight and landing speed without bouncing.
The DBS braking system is designed to automatically reset after each ride, so as to be ready for a new launch with no need for operator intervention.
VERTICAL RIDE LAUNCHERS
Before the ride operator has to connect the pulley to the Vertical Ride launcher that is mounted at the start of each zipline. This allows that your staff can use both hands during the client’s safety procedure, avoiding departure failures. Vertical Ride launcher comes with red/green light magnetic signalization that prevents human errors and/or zipline collisions. In case of parallel lines this system can be synchronized.
STATIONS
The main advantage of Vertical Rides platforms is that they require minimal maintenance. On top of that, the structure is modular and can be adapted to all types of Zipline: parallel, single, overlapping cable or multi-cable. We aim for designs inspired by nature and the surrounding environment, which also respond to customer needs. We set no limits on the type of request, and stations can be customised with a wide range of options. The platform is designed in sections for easy transport. The framework of each platform is made of galvanized steel by ISO 9001, Exe 1 with certified welding.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
We use and deliver certified personal protective equipment (PPE) to provide safety with the best experience and comfort on all Vertical Rides installations. We deliver Petzl, Black Diamond and Kong products.

HELMETS
Our current offering of helmets includes comfortable, lightweight, quick and simple to adjust helmets in diffrenern colours. These helmets play an essential role as safety equipment for our ziplines.
HARNESSES
A good harness is one of the key elements for a safe and comfortable ride. All our harnesses are easy to maintain and user-friendly with numerous accessories for different zipline options.
PROTECTIVE HANDLEBAR
For a perfect and safe ride we use light weight and compact handlebars which prevent rotations.
LANYARDS
For comfortabe positioning and as an energy absorber that limits the force transmitted to the user we offer a complete line of lanyards for different applications.
SAFETY LOCKS
All equipped with the special keylock system,carabiners come in different shapes and sizes to meet a variety of usage we need. When you pick up our selection of carabiners, you can feel the high level of quality and craftsmanship.
ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS
Due to tha fact that your zipline adventure can be installed in very different enviroments we guarantee that our zipline equipment can be used in all kind of weather conditions like rain or snow conditions as well as in a broad range of temperatures from -20º to +40ºC.

The biggest engineering challenge was always how to control the speed over very steep zipline decents where we would be able to offer safe and comfortable landing.
